I've been using Chris as a massage therapist for over 4 1/2 years, seeing her about every 2 weeks. With me she emphasizes Deep Tissue massage- mainly because as a handy man, my arms are above my head a lot causing upper arm, neck, back and shoulder pain. The Deep Tissue is extremely helpful. Chris is very proficient with most types of massage. But for me, this one is most beneficial.

 

She is so positive, helpful and caring. I highly recommend her for all your massage needs.

 My husband and I have referred to Chris as "Our Massage Therapist" now for about 5 years. She is the most professional massage therapist I have ever used. She is very knowledgeable about her trade and has had extensive training in a variety of modalities: Cranial-Sacral, Lymphatic, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Etc. My favorite is Relaxation. Generally, I tend to fall completely asleep while under her warm and healing hands. She is strong and powerful for the deepest treatment, yet can be very gentle as well.
